On every post, it is evaluated to see if a reward should be earned to the user. This contract periodically changes as different rewards are available to KUTHULU users.

There are no public functions for thie contract. This is a strictly private contract that will change frequently to grant rewards to users as they post. Initially, this contract is used to award Raffle Tickets to users.
